Tony Shutt of NWHUA (and on behalf of EH) is running a presentation on the new rules that are being brought into play at the start of the forthcoming season.
The presentation will be at Neston Cricket Club on Monday 27th July at 7:30 pm. Presentation is open to all – not just Umpires. ALL UMPIRES and CLUB CAPTAINS are urged to attend so that we are all singing from the same hymn book so to speak.
